Folk signed the lease on her expansive 3-bedroom, 2152-square-foot Parisian apartment without ever laying eyes on the place. "It actually belongs to a friend of mine," the designer explains. "I agreed to rent the space — unfurnished — for six months. I'd only ever seen pictures."
