End At An Iconic Malibu Motel
"Opened last year, the Native Malibu is currently one of my favorite hotels in Southern California," shares Kamin. "For decades, Native was known as the Malibu Riviera Hotel and served as a refuge for celebrities like Marilyn Monroe and Bob Dylan. After an owner change, the branding company behind L.A.’s Gjusta and Gjelina took on to restore the old school motel and made it into a quiet, sanctuary for the design-savvy traveler."

"Scandi-minimalist rooms are packed with subtle decor featuring some prominent designers, like DWR, Casper, and Parachute, and local artists. Now that Malibu has Native, I love staying here and enjoying the Cali laid-back vibes without the busy environment of the big city that is LA."
