With 240 feet of waterfront, Gloria Estefan's Star Island estate sounds like the ultimate beach home. However, the singer hasn't exactly conga lined it out of the property. She and husband, Emilio, began renting out the estate's guest houses in 2013 — and eventually put the entire place on the market two years later.

The catch? This home has yet to be sold. In fact, the singer re-listed the place earlier this year with a 30-percent discount.  Here's hoping Estefan can turn the beat around sooner rather than later.
