Cool off your spicy Moroccan picnic with an icy mint granita by following the steps below.

-Add six bags of Moroccan mint tea to six cups of boiling water, steep for ten minutes
-Add 3/4 cup sugar to water, stirring to dissolve
-Pour mixture into a baking dish and freeze for 1.5 hours, scraping the edges into the middle every 30 minutes
-After 1.5 hours, use a fork to scrape the frozen mixture into flaky crystals (granita)
-Grab some colorful paisley tea glasses, and serve!
