This Flower-Filled Oakland Apartment Is A Nod To Art Deco
"I’m a stylist, so I’m constantly shopping — its in our nature," the Oakland-based Summer explains. "I hunted for many years, back when it was just thrift stores or eBay, and I definitely scored and still have many of those treasures."
Summer's bright and beautiful East Bay apartment now serves as a treasure trove for some of her favorite finds — a black lacquer dining table, vintage rugs, portraits, and reupholstered armchairs, to name but a few.
With a penchant for jewel-tones and appreciation for the transformative powers of paint, Summer's plant-filled home is proof that you don't need a whole lot of space to make a statement.
