The duo peppered the home with a comfortable mix of accessible mainstream finds and custom designer pieces, adding cohesion throughout.

"We love to mix," Strat says. "There is so much fantastic design out there at every price point imaginable. Just make sure it's a fairly even blend, and be sure to make use of the 'in between' pieces, too – not just the super high and the super low.
I think that's where the perfect balance is found."

Case in point, the two West Elm dining tables in the primary dining space. Situated end to end to create a staggering 12-foot entertainer's table, this find is one the designer says you "simply can't beat."

Wool-clad dining chairs by Anthropologie, another winner, are dotted around the table, perfectly adhering to the blush-toned style code, reminiscent throughout.
