There's a lot going on in this 1960 living room. First, that color combo definitely does not tickle our fancy. The bright green hue is an accent in just too many parts of the space, from the shelves to the carpet to the lining of the fireplace.
We also are not into the plaid sofa that centers the space. In a chartreuse meets terracotta hue, the piece tries to tie together shades found in the brick and the walls. However, it just feels like overload to us.
