The Daily Show’s witty host Trevor Noah just dropped $20.5 million to buy a contemporary mansion in Bel Air, according to the real estate blog Yolanda’s Little Black Book.

While the neighborhood’s newest Fresh Prince is based out of New York City with a $10 million penthouse in his real-estate portfolio, it looks like the South African-born comedian is planning on spending more time soaking up sunny Southern California’s rays at his new West coast outpost.

The 1.3-acre property is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac in west Bel Air, secured behind a wall and gated entrance. With more than 10,000 square feet of space, the house boasts multiple living spaces, four bedrooms (one is a 2,200-square-foot master suite), a home theater, and a dramatic cantilevered infinity pool. Numerous balconies, terraces, and floor-to-ceiling windows maximize views of L.A. in the valley below.

Let’s take a peek. We promise this Bel Air estate will take your breath away.
