“Finally the last thing every entry needs is some greenery,” says Humphrey. “Chances are, your entry gets some natural light so consult your local greenhouse about which varieties will do best.”

“If you’ve got the space and the green thumb then go for a potted tree. If not, a house plant in a pretty pot will brighten things up and give your entry some signs of life,” he says.
